RS Group was formed when two established Atlanta brokerages, Staton Logistics and PTS Logistics, joined forces. Instead of two smaller teams competing for the same carriers and the same customers, the merger created one broker with deeper carrier relationships, a wider service range, and the same people you already trusted.
The result is a nationwide freight brokerage that still runs like a local one. We arrange LTL, truckload, drayage, expedited, and courier freight, run an 80,000 square foot Atlanta warehouse, hold TSA Indirect Air Carrier status, and handle specialized work like hazmat and dry ice, all under one roof and one point of contact.
